Villa Ordinance is fully air-conditioned and features four bedrooms and three bathrooms, living and dining room, kitchen with microwave and a dishwasher, utility room, garage, generator, cable TV, telephones and outdoor dining and barbeque facilities. It also has a 30' X 12' swimming pool and large gallery. This is perfect for families as the pool decking is a gallery area can be made secure so that you can leave the children to play in the knowledge that they will not wander out of the villa grounds. The master bedroom has a bathtub and an outside shower to complete the back to nature experience of your holiday.

Only 5 minutes walk to Dockyard Drive, this villa is perfect for large groups of friends who want the peace and seclusion of a private villa with the option of walking to 26 bars and restaurants minutes walk from the door.

There is also a private dock with a complimentary dinghy (not available during the annual Race Week) that transports guests to many of the sandy beaches that are within 5 minutes away from the property. The location of this villa makes it the perfect home for sailing crews while in Antigua with access to all five marinas within the National Park within a minute drive.
