Nampara House is a luxury villa located on the southwest coast of Antigua. The villa offers splendid views of the Caribbean with Redonda and Montserrat in the distance. The property features lush flora and fauna, including shading trees and majestic palm trees. There are several white sandy beaches within a minute's ride; they include Turners Beach with a lovely seaside restaurant. Nearby is Gibson’s, a fabulous dining spot featuring spiny lobster at Johnsons Point Beach. Fryes Beach and Dennis’ Restaurant both make for a lovely Sunday afternoon. Minutes away, is the Jolly Harbour Marina with a modern grocery store, Internet, bars, boat rentals, and more.

The villa is built on 3 levels and is ideal for families or a group. The owners have appointed the villa with lovely yet comfortable furnishings. The villa offers a self-contained apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, open-plan kitchen, adjoining dining area, and a large verandah is located on the ground floor. The air-conditioned main level on the first floor features a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, spacious foyer, comfortable living area, a spacious dining area, as well as a guest bedroom with en-suite bathroom.

The second floor houses the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and jacuzzi bath, and French doors lead to a private terrace with sun loungers and ocean views. There is a queen bedroom with ocean views and a terrace, and is linked via a "Jack & Jill" en-suite bathroom leading to a twin-bedroom suite.  On this floor, there is a magnificent roof terrace taking in 180-degree views of the Caribbean. This is an ideal spot to enjoy Antigua’s spectacular sunsets. The 30 x 15 feet swimming pool features chaise loungers and a large deck for sunning.
