Located at Piccadilly on a hillside overlooking Falmouth Harbour. This property is comprised of three beautiful cottages that are fully air-conditioned with a central swimming pool and a well maintained garden.

Little Rock, the largest of the three cottages, has a one bedroom with a king sized bed, cable tv, vcr and telephone, an adjoining bathroom with a garden style shower stall, toilet, bidet and washbasin, dining and living area, kitchen facilities include microwave and coffee peculator, washing machine, iron and ironing board. This cottage also comes with a stereo and book shelves.

Goat Hill and Goat Rock are two studios that contain a queen sized bed in each, telephones, vcr and tv, kitchen facilities include microwave and coffee makers, stereos and book shelves. Bathrooms have shower stalls, bidets, toilets and washbasins.
